Those virus are isolated from the patient who infected swine flu.

The target point of detection of BOITEST ’s Rapid Flu Test is Nuclear Protein (NP). According to the DNA sequence of 2009 H1N1 disclosed by USA CDC, is highly match (85%~90%) with the H1N1 which isolated from China.

We used BIOTEST Flu A Rapid Test to detect total 18 tests for H1N1 virus, which 12 test H1N1 virus from patients and 6 tests H1N1 from swine, all test result were positive!!

Obviously BIOTEST’s Flu A Rapid Test can detect the 2009 H1N1 influenza virus with high Accuracy, Specificityand Sensitivity.
